What are the office hours?
Our offic hours are Monday-Sunday from 8 AM to 6 PM.
Am I required to store long-term?
We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term.
What items am I not allowed to store?
We do not allow Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids to be stored in our units.
Do I need a code to get through gate?
Yes, when you rent a unit you will be assigned a gate code and will be allowed to access the facility upon your lease start date.
How do I get the yellow lock code?
The yellow lock code can be found at https://bvsu.overlockrelease.com. Follow the prompts to get the combination to your lock. You can also Call 719-259-6063.
Do you offer insurance?
Yes, we offer insurance in several coverage amounts.
Do I have to sign up for your insurance?
You do not have to sign up for our insurance, proof of insurance is also accepted.
What units are available?
On the 'Rent a Unit' page, if there is a 'Rent' and 'Reserve' button, then the unit is available. 'Fill out Contact Us form to be added to wait list' means none are available.
Do you offer outdoor storage for RVs, campers, trailers, cars and trucks?
Yes, we have outdoor storage for RVs, campers, trailers, cars and trucks. See our pricing page to see sizing and pricing. We require proof of valid registration, insurance, license plates and driver's license.
What are the access hours?
24 hour access.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also speak to your facility manager about autopay or check the Automatic billing check box when making your online payment.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
In order to rent a unit, a valid form of government-issued ID such as driver’s license, passport, or state ID is required. For parking spaces you will also need proof of valid registration, valid license plates, and valid insurance.
What is the move out process?
When moving out, all must be met before you are released from payment obligation.
2. Once unit is vacant and clean, email us again with a picture of the clean unit.
3. Account balance is paid in full.
When is monthly payment due?
Monthly payments are due on the 1st of the month. Please call (719) 259-6063 if you need to change your payment due date, as we have some wiggle room.
Do you offer automatic billing?
Yes, we offer automatic billing. When making your payment online, select the Automatic billing check box. You can also call (719) 259-6063 to be placed on automatic billing.
Is a late fee charged?
Yes, a late fee is charged if you are 5 or more days past your due date.
Do you have a waiting list?
Yes, go to 'Contact Us' page and fill in information and submit. Make sure to enter date and size needed.
